DPAMs Certification Supervised Treatment Sessions: KOTA will offer the opportunity to obtain all Supervised Treatment Sessions following the DPAMs Certification Course. This 15 minute appointment time with our KBLOT Approved DPAMs Supervisor will take place between 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. This appointment does not guarantee you will be checked off on all treatment sessions. You must be able to demonstrate the knowledge, skill, and competence within this 15 minutes in the areas identified on the Supervised Treatment Session form as observed and approved by the supervisor.

Registration: If you would like to be checked off following the KOTA sponsored DPAMs course, you must register via this event. This is not apart of the DPAMs course, it a separate event with a separate registration. The cost to register for this event is $20 for a 15 minute appointment. This is only for KOTA members that have completed ALL of the courses required for DPAMs certification (36 hours OT, 72 hours OTA). Sign up for your specific time slot here:
