DPAMs Certification Supervised Treatment Sessions: KOTA will offer the opportunity to obtain all Supervised Treatment Sessions. This is not a part of the DPAMs course, it is a separate event with a separate registration. You may choose to be supervised by our KBLOT Approved DPAMs Supervisor by registering HERE.

PRESENTER: John Vaughn is a graduate of Tennessee State University, Nashville, Tennessee; has been a physical therapist since 1994. He has received a specialty in Orthopedic Physical Therapy from APTA in 2003. Currently, he and his wife and 2 children live in Glasgow, Kentucky where he works as an outpatient Physical Therapist for TJ Samson Community Hospital.

Anatomy Review & Test: There are worksheets that you must download and complete prior to your first day of attendance at the course. Download the worksheets on this event (after logging on as a KOTA member) OR on the members only area of the website. You must bring these completed at the start of the workshop on Saturday. There is an additonal hour of homework following the workshop on Saturday which will be completed on your own. Please bring shorts & tank top for labs.

Registration: You must register for DPAMs online (you must be a KOTA member or join KOTA prior to registration). You may pay by credit card online or elect the "bypass payment option" when registering online and bring cash or check to the course. There is a 5% discount for companies sending 5 employees with a 1% increase for each employee up to 10%.

Once you register, there will be a 25% cancelation fee charged should you need to cancel or not show for the course.
