ON Modernization Listening Sessions

Interested stakeholders are invited to attend a Listening Session on March 16, 2015 or March 17, 2015 to give feedback regarding possible strategies for and changes to the CON program that would further the implementation of specific core principles.  This is an opportunity to hear from those who have not previously submitted written comments to the Cabinet regarding CON modernization or from those who wish to supplement their previously submitted comments.  

The Listening Sessions will be held in Suites A-C, Department for Public Health, 275 East Main Street, Frankfort, KY  40621.  Times are as follows:

            Monday, March 16, 2015     2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Time)      

            Tuesday, March 17, 2015    10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Time)

In order to accommodate everyone, each presentation will be limited to five (5) minutes.  Seating capacity is limited, so please register to speak or to attend by emailing [email protected].  If you plan to use Power Point, also email your presentation by March 12, 2015.  A written copy of your comments should be submitted to the Office of Health Policy either prior to or on the day of the session as the listening session will not be recorded and transcribed.  Please contact Diona Mullins at 502-564-9592 with questions.
