KOTA is offering a 36 hour hybrid DPAMs course consisting of 28 hours online coursework and 8 hours of hands on lab.
KOTA will offer the 8 hour DPAMS Hands On Lab day at the TJ Samson Health Pavilion in Glasgow, KY 42141.

You must be a KOTA member to attend.
KBLOT approved course.

DPAMs Certification Supervised Treatment Sessions: KOTA will offer the opportunity to obtain all DPAMs Supervised Treatment Sessions. This is only for those have completed all of the courses required for DPAMs certification at the end of this course (36 hours OT, 72 hours OTA). This is not a part of the DPAMs course, it is a separate event with a separate registration. You may choose to be supervised by our KBLOT Approved DPAMs Supervisor by registering on the KOTA website.

PRESENTER: John Vaughn is a graduate of Tennessee State University, Nashville, Tennessee; has been a physical therapist since 1994. He has received a specialty in Orthopedic Physical Therapy from APTA in 2003. Currently, he and his wife live in Glasgow, Kentucky where he works as an outpatient Physical Therapist for TJ Samson Community Hospital.

Please bring shorts & tank top for labs.

Registration: You must register for DPAMs online by credit card (you must be a KOTA member or join KOTA prior to registration). There is a 5% discount for companies sending 5 employees with a 1% increase for each employee up to 10%. Receipts can be issued for anyone needing proof of payment for employer reimbursement. 

Once you register, there will be a 25% cancellation fee charged should you need to cancel. No shows will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
