For reservations, please call the hotel reservations department at (502) 583-1234 or by calling  Central Reservations at (888) 888-5252.  Please refer to the Kentucky Occupational Therapy Association Group when calling in to make your reservations.

A discounted rate of $129.00 plus tax for guestrooms on March 1, 2013.  The current tax charge is 15.01% and is subject to change.  The group rate and rooms are contingent upon hotel availability.

• Individual reservations may be cancelled by 4:00pm the day prior to arrival without penalty.  No-shows and late cancellations will be billed room and tax charges for one night.
• Check-in time is 4:00pm or after, and check-out time is 11:00am.
• Parking is available at the garage adjacent to the hotel at a cost of $20.00 per night for self-parking, and $24.00 for valet parking.  The cost is subject to change.
